Level 5 Diploma in Recruitment Leadership (DipRL)

Here you will find details about your Learner Log, the course syllabus, coursework, and past exam papers.

Learner Log

PDF

We ask all our students to complete and submit a Learner Log, which documents your aims, objectives, actions and successes.

You are responsible for completing the Log, and you must send it to your Study Coach by email before you start the course.

To help you complete the document, it's a good idea to refer to the course syllabus and consider the content in relation to your role, and what you want to achievee. We recommend that you discuss your aims with your manager.

Once your Study Coach has received your Log, they will contact with you within a few days to discuss your aims, and to answer any questions.

If you don't submit your Learner Log, you could find that there's a delay in your Coach contacting you - so please do submit this document as soon as you can.

Course syllabus

The syllabus details all topic areas that will be covered in each unit of the course. You need to ensure you have fully revised all areas of the syllabus ahead of your examination.

In order to achieve the Diploma in Recruitment Leadership, you must complete all mandatory units and your chosen optional units within a 4-year period. To be awarded the qualification in full, students must complete a minimum of eight or nine units, six mandatory units and one or two optional units depending on the credit values of optional units chosen. Once enrolled on a unit, you must complete that unit within 12 months.
