The REC Honorary Fellowship is awarded annually at the discretion of the REC elected council to those who have made a stand-out contribution to the recruitment industry.

Designed for those with no existing recruitment related qualification and with less than 10 years' experience in the industry.

Available to any recruiter with a Level 3 or 4 REC qualification, or who has worked in the industry for over 10 years.
