Dr Olga Frańczak

Olga

Dr Olga Frańczak is equality, diversity and inclusion lead at the REC. She works across all departments, from product development to HR, to deliver on our internal and external EDI goals. This work ensures that EDI is at the core of everything we do for our members, as well as staff. Olga has been working on anti-discrimination issues since 2011. She has worked in international organisations, charities, universities, and businesses in the UK and abroad. Her experience includes long standing work with survivors of gender-based violence, domestic abuse and hate crimes. Following 4 years of research, she received a PhD on the impact of gender stereotypes on the realisation of human rights.

Jon Moores

Jon Moores is Founder and Managing Director of The Core Partnership, a specialist recruitment consultancy exclusively recruiting corporate governance professionals. Fully employee owned and EDI conscious, The Core Partnership provides market advice on relevant qualifications and experience, conducts salary and benchmarking exercises and works throughout the UK and overseas recruiting at all levels within this specific discipline.

Josh Willacy

Josh Willacy is the Senior Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Lead for Randstad Enterprise EMEA and Randstad UK. With a decade of ED&I experience, he helps organizations create fair, inclusive environments and drive social impact. Josh advises on inclusive recruitment, co-creates ED&I talent strategies, and fosters partnerships to empower diverse talent pools. He has worked with leading global businesses to implement lasting ED&I initiatives. 

As a mixed-race, gay, neuro-diverse, man, Josh's approach is rooted in intersectionality, empathy, and curiosity. He is a board trustee for Stonewall Housing and has worked with Stonewall, Europe's largest LGBT charity. His dedication to community engagement and responsible business practices underscores his commitment to fostering inclusive environments for all.
