Become an apprentice
Apprenticeships let you earn a wage, achieve a qualification and work alongside experienced professionals.
The usual way to hire an apprentice as a recruitment business is for you (as the prospective employer) to make direct contact with one of our registered apprenticeship providers, and talk to them about what you want.
This may mean you ask them to find you an apprentice, or it may mean you have someone in mind already.
Whatever your circumstances, the provider will help you work through the funding options, candidate selection and work planning. They then manage the whole programme on your behalf. Any training provider can deliver our apprenticeships, but they have to be approved to do so by the REC.
