Written statement of particulars for internal employees

You can use this document as an alternative to giving a full contract of employment to your employees. It provides the minimum information that you legally need to provide to employees within two months of the start of their employment.

Alternatively, you may wish to use contract 30 which is a full contract of employment, containing additional provisions such as restrictive covenants, commission payment terms and other terms which will be beneficial to your business.
