This document explains your obligations when making employees redundant, how the consultation process works and the steps you need to take to ensure that the process is fair. The template letters can be used for the different stages of engaging with employees.

Our redundancy guides have been updated to include changes made to the end of the JRS Scheme around redundancy payments and notice payments.
