Sexual Harassment Template Policy

From October 2024, amendments introduced into the Equality Act 2024 create a positive duty for employers and hirers to be proactive and to take “reasonable steps” to prevent sexual harassment in relation to internal staff, job applicants and temporary agency workers they supply and, in the case of hirers, temporary agency workers that are supplied to them. We have drafted this template policy as a tool to assist REC members with meeting their obligations.
