Agreement between independent data controllers

This agreement is to be used when you are acting as an independent data controller and engaging with an independent data controller. This agreement would be appropriate for a typical arrangement (i.e. for the recruitment business to fill a role by either introducing or supplying a candidate) between a client and a recruitment business as each entity would have their own intentions for the processing of the personal data.
