Contract 19 - Master/neutral vendor contract with a hirer which is not a public authority for the provision of recruitment services

You can use this contract when you provide services as a master or neutral vendor and your client is not a public authority and the workers are subject to PAYE Tax and NICs deductions.

Please note:  this contract has not yet been updated to reflect the new off-payroll rules so you will not be able to use this contract if you are supplying limited company contractors and the off-payroll rules applies or your client is exempt from the rules.

You can use this contract with the following REC contracts:

• Contract 20 - Second tier supplier contract where the hirer is not a public authority
• The relevant REC Model Contracts and Additional Documents depending on the type of worker supplied.
