Contract 12A - Public Sector (Outside IR35) - Not opted out of the Conduct Regulations (For the Limited Company)

Agreement with a self-employed consultancy who has not opted out of the Conduct Regulations (outside IR35) – public sector only.

You can use this contract for your contractor when you supply limited company contractors who are in the public sector and the contractors will not be working under the supervision direction and control of your client.

Since the Finance Bill 2021, minor amendments have been made to this contract to reflect the changes to the Off-payroll rules from 6 April 2021.

You can use this contract with the following REC contracts:

• Contract 11A - Public Sector (Outside IR35) - Not opted out of the Conduct Regulations (For the Client)
