This document is intended to assist REC members and their clients plan ahead for the Agency Worker Regulations 2010 (in England, Scotland and Wales and which came into force on 1 October 2011) or the Agency Workers (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2011 (in Northern Ireland and which came into force on 5 December 2011) (together “the Regulations”). This impact assessment check-list/planner is one of a number of documents contained in the REC’s AWR Toolkit.
