We focus on the people side of project management.
With more than 500 projects to our names, we’ve spent years working with business people who are faced with a big, scary project and need practical help and guidance to make their projects go well.
They need something that will help them with their real-world challenges and the reality is that the training currently available today is no good to them.
Unlike traditional project management training – which contains a lot of theory that people struggle to relate to the real word – we have a strong focus on “learning by doing”.
So, we designed a learning experience that is highly interactive, relevant, and focused entirely on what you need for success at each stage of your real-world project.
Basically, we couldn’t find a good project management course out there that focused on the people side of projects, so we built our own.
