Meet Howard. Co-founder of Jump Advisory Group with a track record of driving the acceleration of revenues and profitability within recruitment, for over 25 years.

A well-known figure in the UK recruitment industry in the North of England and Scotland, Howard played a leading role in influencing APSCo’s successful growth into Yorkshire and North East regions.

He cut his teeth in technology recruitment at Computer People, where he led the North of England to be the most profitable business unit in the brand. After becoming Board Member, Howard transformed the fortunes of London and South East regions, leading them to their former glory of most profitable business unit. He continued his success guiding multiple technology businesses to achieve consistent, sustainable, and profitable growth.

With all the charm of a Yorkshireman, Howard is a proud father, devoted partner, ex semi-pro rugby player and accomplished black belt in multiple styles of martial arts. Chuck Norris eat your heart out.

Howard is passionate about teaching martial arts. He dedicates his free time to young people across Yorkshire and the North of England, enabling them to take advantage of the associated benefits of wellbeing, both mentally and physically, improved decision-making, confidence, respect, honour, humility and hard work, to succeed in all aspects of their life.
