IDVT guidance for RTW

Following the government’s announcement that organisations will be able to use 3^rd party Identity Verification Technology (IDVT) providers to conduct digital RTW checks from April 6, the Home Office has now published guidance for organsations on how to become a registered IDVT provider. This guidance sets how providers can become certified to complete digital identity checks for the Right to Work in the UK.

The Home Office has now begun to publish the approved list of identity service providers (IDSPs) on this guidance page under the “List of certified IDSPs” section. More companies will be added to this section as they become approved.
