REC writes to Secretary of State regarding Workers (Predictable Terms and Conditions) Bill

As this Private Members Bill continues to progress through Parliament, the REC has written to Kemi Badenoch, Secretary of State for Business and Trade, setting out our concerns about the scope and purpose of the Bill and requesting a meeting to discuss it further. As it stands, this Bill would undermine the two-way flexibility agency workers already have and create unnecessary red tape for firms.
