Following the news that the government have tabled an amendment to the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill, the REC has written to Kemi Badenoch, Secretary of State for Business and Trade, regarding this announcement. Badenoch also set out her plans for employment law reform including reform on working time and rolled up holiday pay, the TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment)) regulations and non-compete clauses. Our letter sets out our views and insight on how best the government should implement these plans.
