MH+A can help to develop and implement new ways of working, design and deliver performance improvement and change programmes, or take action to address burning issues

2. Free-to-attend events

REC members will have free access to exclusive events run by MH+A to learn about building strategy and brand, effective performance management, making data driven decisions and much more.

3. Long-read blogs and podcasts

MH+A will share insight on a range of topics including how to prepare a brilliant strategy, how to boost staff engagement and well-being, how to deliver successful organisational transformation and performance improvement initiatives.

Neil Carberry, CEO of the REC said:

“It’s an incredibly tough market and offering clients something more than a matching service will be the difference between surviving and thriving in 2020. Ninety percent of employers who use professional recruiters tell us that their main reason for doing so is expertise.

“That’s what our partnership with MH+A is all about. Having access to MH+A’s strategic and operational insight will help members make the most of the opportunities ahead”.

Matt Hamnett, MH+A founder, said:

“We know that recruitment is a really tough gig.  We take great pride in our ability to cut through the noise and help clients translate strategic ambition into bottom-line reality.

“We’re really looking forward to working with REC members to think about how they can transform their businesses to deliver substantial, sustained performance improvement.”

MH+A exists to help clients deliver transformational change.  We work with clients to devise insightful, ambitious and executable strategies; and to help them translate strategic intent into improved outcomes through delivery of successful transformation programmes.
