Which Individual Category Should I Enter?

There are eight individual categories which are all free to enter for IRP members here’s a break down of who should apply for which:
In-House Recruiter of the Year
A Brand new catergory to 2019: Have you demonstrated an excellent understanding of the strategic and operational needs your company has for talent acquisition? Could key internal-stakeholders endorse your ability to fill key roles effectively and in line with your employer’s core values and the code of ethics of the IRP? Could you demonstrate how you’ve kept up to date with the latest legislation and regulations in recruitment has helped you carry out your duties with commitment to professionalism and best practice? Then you should enter the In-House Recruiter of the Year category.
Have you taken to recruitment like a duck to water? Have you taken steps to develop your career, help others and make a positive difference to your team? If you’ve had less than eighteen months of industry experience, then grab a testimonial from candidate and a client and enter the Newcomer of the Year category.
Have you gone above and beyond to help a candidate secure their dream job? Have you inspired, encouraged and supported a candidate in a way that really changed their life? Whether it’s securing them a better income, more travel opportunities or even working hours that allow a family life: brilliant recruitment can change lives so enter the Best Candidate Experience category -if you believe the service you’ve provided someone deserves recognition.
Permanent or Temporary Consultant of the Year
These two categories apply the same requirements to both types of recruitment terms. Do clients stick with you because of the excellent service you provide? Do candidates specifically ask for you when they’re searching for a new role? Do you smash targets and go the extra mile? Demonstrate your commitment to professionalism and outstanding candidate service by entering Permanent or Temporary Consultant of the Year category.
Do you inspire your peers and juniors to exceed company targets and industry standards? Are you a role model for professional recruiters, do you lead by example? If you understand that to succeed, so too must your team then you’re ready to enter the Business Manager of the Year category.
Do you own or run a successful business? Do you lead at the highest levels of your company and inspire staff to develop and demonstrate industry best practice at all levels? If your business planning has helped you exceed targets and gain recognition from your peers as outstanding then you should enter the Business Leader of the Year category.
Recruitment Apprentice of the Year
Have you made an outstanding progress in your career and shown dedication to gaining experience and achieving the relevant qualifications? Could your line manager or trainer attest to the positive contribution you’ve made to the company you are an apprentice for? You should enter the Recruitment Apprentice of the Year category.
