On Wednesday, we opened the 2016 IRP Awards for entries.

It’s the most prestigious night in the recruitment calendar, and is a chance to showcase the best in our industry.

Winning an IRP Award not only marks you as one of the brightest stars in recruitment, but sets you apart from the competition and can help to advance your career.

And, as an IRP member, you can enter any of the eight individual categories free of charge. You really do have nothing to lose, and you could surprise yourself.

Past winners have said:

“The win itself was amazing. It was one of those things that takes a while to sink in, but it’s got to the point where a lot of people in the industry know who I am now. My LinkedIn requests went a bit crazy after that night.” – Cassie Moore, winner of Recruitment Apprentice of the Year (2015 IRP Awards)

“It’s definitely worth doing; you’re always in for a shot if you’ve had a good year.” – Tom Rankin, winner of Best Newcomer (2014 IRP Awards)

“Winning an IRP Award is a win for both you and your clients. It means you’re recognised in the industry, which has got to be good for anyone’s career.” – Yvonne Skingle, winner of Best Executive Search Consultant (2014 IRP Awards)
