Best Back-Office Support Team
Is your team an integral part of business, bringing in hot leads with your excellent marketing, keeping everyone organised with your top-notch administrative skills, keeping finances in check and more? Just because you’re not customer facing or directly responsible for recruitment doesn’t mean you’re not praiseworthy for your essential work. Go for the Best Back-Office Support Team category
People Development Business of the Year
Free to enter if your company is an IRP advocate, this applies to businesses that can prove they really care about their staff. Is training, qualifying and progressing your employees at the heart of your business strategy? Does your organisation identify training needs quickly and invest in individuals properly, so everyone develops together, as a team? Do you have mentoring, coaching, open learning as well as formal learning programmes, in-house or outsourced? If you can show evidence of successful staff retention and career progression, then enter the People Development Business of the Year category.
Best Company to Work for (up to 20, 50, 150, 250 and over 250)
