The REC Honorary Fellowship is awarded annually at the discretion of the REC elected council to those who have made a stand-out contribution to the recruitment industry.

Affiliate(AREC)

Designed for those with no existing recruitment related qualification and with less than 10 years' experience in the industry.
Member (MREC)
£137 per year
Available to any recruiter with a Level 3 or 4 REC qualification, or who has worked in the industry for over 10 years.
Fellowship (FREC)
£148 per year
Open to anyone with:
- 15 years' industry experience, or
- 10 years + L3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice, or
- 7 years + L4 Diploma in Recruitment Management
Overseas Membership
£164 per year
Available to any recruiter that operates outside of the UK or Channel Islands.
