The Warrington Wolves Charitable Foundation is a registered charity whose aim is to engage, enthuse and inspire the local community to initiate and sustain positive lifestyle choices. Using the influence of sport and physical activity, The Foundation utilises the profile of the professional Rugby League to provide unique opportunities designed to make a lasting impact on the people of Warrington.

The scope of The Foundation is far reaching with 4 distinctive elements (Sport, Health, Arts & Education) providing the backbone on which the organisation is based. Using a creative approach, The Foundation works in partnership with local, regional and national agencies to empower individuals to improve their lives using sport and physical activity as a vehicle for change. With over 30 projects currently being delivered within the Warrington and Cheshire locality, The Foundation seeks to address physical, social and emotional well-being needs of people throughout the life course.

By being closely affiliated to the Warrington Wolves Rugby League Club, The Foundation is able to demonstrate and reinforce the importance of a healthy lifestyle through the support provided by the professional players and coaches as role models within the community. The team is a powerful influence on the local population and being the heartbeat of the town, act as a catalyst for positive behaviour change.
