The University of Oxford is a world-leading center of learning, teaching and research. The university including the colleges and Oxford University Press, in the largest employer in Oxfordshire, supporting more than 30,000 jobs in the county and injecting more than £2,3bn annually into the regional economy.
There are nearly 24,000 students at Oxford including 11,474 undergraduates and 11,687 postgraduates. International students make up almost 43% of our total student body. Students come to Oxford from more than 150 countries and territories.
The university is currently undertaking a business process review of how recruitment in undertaken within the university to ultimately shift to a more value added approach, simplified processes, and improved efficiencies. Ensuring all of our recruitment procedures are fair, legal and ethical, and actively promoting diversity and inclusion with in the work place.
