All REC Corporate members must pass a compliance assessment every two years to join and stay in REC membership, which covers industry legislation plus the REC's Code of Professional Practice.
REC Audited is the most comprehensive regulatory audit of its kind, covering compliance as well as the REC Code of Professional Practice.
The audit process includes an online diagnostic, followed by a tailored onsite audit. As well as checking documentation, our experts will consult with your staff about processes and systems, providing practical support to help you follow best practice.
Achieving the gold standard in recruitment costs just £1,399+VAT, and then £1,199+VAT every two years for renewal. REC members that hold the REC Audited accreditation will not have to complete the compliance assessment on renewal of their REC membership.
